What is the issue?
Let us know in a brief paragraph or sentence why you are flagging this case. Here are some other issues we, at Medzcool, would like to know about:
You diagnose a patient with Brugada syndrome, he’s 33 years old, with no other past medical history. You want to admit the patient from the emergency department for further evaluation, but the patient decides to leave against medical advice. Two weeks later the patient returns in cardiac arrest. You perform 2 rounds of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and are able to get return of spontaneous circulation and you are able to adequately resuscitate the patient. You suspect that the arrest is associated with his Brugada syndrome.
