CASE SCENARIO

A 2 year old presents for evaluation of cough. His parents state he has had a cough for approximately 3 days. There is no increased work of breathing. He is still tolerating orals without any difficulty. On exam the patient has a normal oxygen saturation and respiratory rate. You appreciate intermittent short barky coughing with faint inspiratory stridor. Otherwise his examination is normal.
