CASE SCENARIO

A 22yoM presents with intermittent episodes of abdominal pain and vomiting for one month. He denies fevers, chills, and diarrhea. His pain is diffuse and crampy in quality. He states his pain is alleviated with hot showers and baths. He denies alcohol use but admits to using illicit substances.
